We are an international team from all walks of life, with a shared passion to improve patient care for anyone, anywhere using telehealth to provide better access to medical advice, comfort and care. We are pleased to introduce you to some of our members below. In addition we have various volunteers and helpers that contribute to the day to day running of our organisation.

Our Independent Advisory Board consists of seasoned senior executives who provide 'pro-bono' governance and guidance for the PII Foundation's programs. Our Foundation Executive Officers provide program oversight, compliance, financial and legal council for approved 'Virtual care for the most Vulnerable' programs. Our Virtual Care Program Delivery Team implement PII Foundation approved projects.

Spencer Cash
Senior Emergency Response Strategist & Veteran Operations Specialist

Spencer is a retired US Army Major who served the majority of his military career as a MEDEVAC Pilot and leader. He has been involved in six different wars with the most kinetic periods, having been while leading MEDEVAC elements in Anbar Province, Iraq, and Southwestern Afghanistan during the peak months of casualties for those wars. Spencer has recently returned from a trip to Ukraine where he travelled the country from West to East, visiting previously occupied territories Northeast of Kyiv, Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel, out to the East of Kharkiv. He was given a first-person tour by an American and Ukrainians who had lived under occupation and escaped.

Lynette is a Singaporean citizen with a global spirit.
Recently returned from completing the Camino de Santiago de Compestella hiking across northern Spain - Lynette has kindly agreed to fly the flag for PII Foundation around the world.
Following an illustrious career with Amazon, Cisco & Amazon Web Services Lynette will seek to help us help those in need during these troubled times to find patrons, partners & patronage for both Disaster Relief & Health Equity initiatives to provide virtualcare for the most vulnerable.
